LAKE CX241 ROAD SHOES

Stiff, yet comfortable, Lake's CX241 Road Shoes have been designed for riders looking for a pair of shoes in which to perform at their best.

The leather upper offers a close, snug fit and the liner is constructed from Nufoam; a breathable and lightweight material that offers ventilation and drainage so you'll remain cool and dry while you pedal. In addition, this foam has anti-bacterial properties so odours will be kept at bay.

A full carbon sole not only contributes to this shoes low weight but is extremely stiff, so all your power will get translated into speed. Compatible with three-bolt cleats, these shoes will suit both Look and Shimano pedal setups.

The Competition last has been specifically designed for riders putting the power down in competition and training, and for high-cadence pedalling. With an increased toe pitch and heel lift, a tighter heel and wider ball girth, your feet are able to expand under pressure, so the shoes will remain supremely comfortable throughout your rides.

Two side-mounted Boa dials with a Push/Pull IP1 lacing system and releasable guides provide micro-adjustment so you can ensure the perfect fit and make quick tweaks on the go.

LAKE CX241 ROAD SHOES SIZING

Take your foot measurement in a standing position while wearing your cycling socks.

Step 1: Trace your foot onto a sheet of paper. After you trace your foot take a ruler and make a line to mark the furthest point on all four sides as shown below.

Step 2: Length measurement (Points 1 to 2 as shown below). Use a millimeter ruler to get the measurement of the longest distance from heel to longest toe (first or second toe).

Step 3: Width measurement (Points 3 to 4 as shown below). Use a millimeter ruler to get the measurement of the widest distance of foot from side to side.

Step 4: Repeat steps for other foot as your feet may be different sizes. Typically you will want shoes that accommodate your largest foot the most comfortably.

*Add +5mm to your measured length to get correct shoe length.
