All returns are subject for exchange but we can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will process for exchange. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with.
For Clothing, ensure that when you receive it, you take reasonable care when trying it on. We can accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, underwear and facemasks are non-returnable.
For Electronics, If the product returned, has any data or information stored in the memory or storage device, we are not responsible for the loss or transfer of such data or information to another product given to the customer as an exchange. We can accept returns within 14 days of receipt.
