Built around an ultralightweight multi inmould construction with an ultralight carbon outer shell for the highest stability at the lowest weight. The Mips® Air Node safety system adds an extra level of safety for the skull and brain. This involves an ultralight low-friction layer that absorbs the rotational and centrifugal forces of an impact. The helmet’s aerodynamic shape – refined through CFD simulation – noticeably reduces wind drag, while ventilation channels give it effective air circulation. And the fit is adjusted using the uvex 3D IAS Pro system, with precise height and circumference tuning, and ultralight straps with Y-shaped dividers.
